Basic Needs Support

Our Centre serves the community as a neighborhood food bank, operating from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Families in need can visit the Food Bank once a month, and they must bring identification for all household members.

During our operating hours, families are encouraged to drop in to access:

  • Non-perishable food items
  • Baby food and infant cereal
  • Infant formula
  • Diapers
  • Hygiene items (toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

Additionally, we offer referrals for housing, childcare, hydro, mental health, and income support services.

For assistance with dental care, clothing vouchers, or other basic needs, please contact Heather Molen, Supervisor of Neighbourhood Community Development & Neighbourhood Support Services, at 519-686-8400 (ext. 7396).
